This position is a full-time maternity relief contract for a 12 month period with possibility of extension.
In this role you will identify key areas for improvement and lead change initiatives to boost productivity and refine both internal and external service delivery. Your expertise will help shape our business and digital transformation efforts collaborating with stakeholders software providers and external agencies to enhance systems processes and the overall customer experience.

$79228 - $91738 per annum plus superannuation
*Please note these rates of pay will increase by 3% from 5 July 2025*
The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in Business Administration Information Technology Project Management or a related field and bring experience in managing projects focused on business improvement digital transformation and service delivery processes.
