The Tour Account Coordinator will serve as the day-to-day contact for account and billing related questions. This position will prioritize assigned accounts and make daily follow-up calls to customers with balances past thirty (30) days. This position will be the primary resource for Account Coordinators regarding dispute resolution and a resource to new hires for training purposes. The Tour Account Coordinator will work closely with our internal accounting teams to provide excellent customer service to our filed employees and customers.

This position will be working in Tulsa OK with a flexible work arrangement combining home and in-office for training. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with a flexible 8 hour work day between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm.

This position is located at 14002 E. 21st. St. Tulsa OK 74134.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize assigned accounts and contact them as need via email phone or voicemail to collect on past due balances billed for daily rental services
  • Research and resolve disputed rentals billing issues including adjustment requests
  • Follow up with customer within thirty (30)days to ensure timely payments of receivables
  • Maintain clear and concise notes listing accurate information given; documented in PeopleSoft RFS ECARS or other databases as required
  • Contact management and sales prior to sendingmemo notifications to accounts of credit suspension
  • Escalate payment concerns to Supervisors
  • Request and send reprints (paper or electronic) of invoices statementsand vouchers to accounts as needed
  • Maintain all aging balances within percentage requirements dictated by management
  • Attend weekly collection meetings; provide account status and documentation to the Supervisor to ensure collection goals are met discuss workload and promote teamwork
  • See to improvejob performance through self-assessment skill development training and goal setting
  • Process a high-volume of receivables data daily emphasizing the need for accuracy
  • Prepares large volume customer account reconciliations for management review and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and analyze the customer account reconciliations daily
  • Extensive auditing of accounts receivables
  • Handle customerswith special billing or payments requirements
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related dutiesas assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have 1 year Account Receivable Business to Business collections reconciliation and auditing experience required
  • Must have Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Apart from religious observations must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week
  • Must be willing to accept starting pay of $17.40/hour.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • For flexible or work from home positions reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required.
  • Must live within a 2 hour commutable distance to Tulsa OK
