Position Summary:
Join the Origami team as our Recreational Therapy Supervisor where youll play a pivotal role in transforming lives through innovative and meaningful therapeutic recreation services! Under the guidance of the Clinical Manager you will design coordinate and evaluate individualized treatment plans that focus on both structured onsite activities and community integration empowering clients to achieve their fullest potential. In this leadership role youll also oversee and mentor the Recreational Therapy Aide fostering their growth and ensuring seamless support for client-centered services. Your work will be central to enhancing the quality of life for each client ensuring that care is tailored impactful and aligned with our mission vision and core values. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand walk and sit (use hands to palpate handle or feel reach with hands and arms climb or balance stoop kneel or crawl and taste or smell).
