Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Springfield IL and surrounding areas
- Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage time and schedule Schedule and Shift Details
- Traditional M-F 8am-5pm Travel
- Local travel
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant in Illinois (IL)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Acute Care
- Rehabilitative Setting
- Is your degree in Physical Therapy
