Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to lead new business development across the U.S. In this high-impact role you will identify prospective clients deliver tailored logistics solutions and help drive company growth. The ideal candidate is a natural hunter with deep logistics expertise excellent relationship-building skills and a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new business through lead generation cold outreach and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal operations to align client needs with service delivery
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Stay current with market trends and industry developments to enhance sales opportunities
  • Conduct regular client visits locally and coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding logistics or related transportation sectors
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially in complex supply chain environments
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Bachelors degree required
