We are currently seeking a talented full-time Senior Project Manager Data Centers for Life Science Industrial Manufacturing and Technology projects.

The Senior Project Manager will be reporting directly to the Senior Operations Director and will be a member of the project delivery team and multi-disciplinary owner-representative project team. The role is responsible to support the client PMO lead to build a data center. The position involves significant independent responsibility to oversee and provide project management guidance direction and supervision to the owner representative members supporting the design management construction management project controls health and safety quality assurance and quality controls functions. The role also involves direct supervisory responsibilities related to the professional and practice related development of the project management staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from inception through construction completion managing scope design procurement budget and milestones across complex industrial projects.

• Drive strategic stakeholder engagement fostering collaboration with internal leadership external consultants and senior client representatives.
• Champion health safety and wellbeing (HSW) while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and embedding the HSW framework throughout delivery.
• Promote inclusive leadership sustainability and innovation integrating carbon-conscious strategies and advancing best practices.
• Oversee risk and change management processes contract compliance quality assurance and final project closeout with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction or engineering; advanced degree (M.S. or MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of capital project management experience in industrial manufacturing and advanced technology sectors.
• Proven success leading multi-phase capital programs exceeding $1 billion including integrated project teams.
• Deep knowledge of various project delivery methods and experience managing data center construction.
• Strong track record in stakeholder collaboration issue resolution and delivering large-scale programs on time within scope and budget.
