Pay $35 $37/hr tips (35% commission on services avg tips)

Summary
As a Spa Esthetician you will create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests through expert skincare treatments and personalized service. This role requires strong communication skills a genuine commitment to guest care and the ability to confidently recommend spa services and retail products.

- Greet guests in the Spa Relaxation Room and escort them to their treatment space.
- Clearly explain scheduled services and help guests feel comfortable and informed.
- Deliver facial and body treatments to the highest standard tailoring each session to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate notes on guest skincare preferences suggested treatments and retail purchases.
- Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care following established standards of conduct.
- Keep workspaces clean organized and aligned with spa appearance standards.
- Help maintain cleanliness and restock supplies throughout spa areas including locker rooms relaxation spaces and treatment rooms.
- Stay current on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training and education.
- Attend spa meetings trainings and special events as scheduled.
- Support the Spa Director with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of resort services products and procedures.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with spa leadership coworkers and guests.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks and help promote a safe environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications
- Required 3 years experience in Esthetics
- Required Sunday - Tuesday availability
- Desirable Extensive experience with facials and spa body treatments
- Desirable Previous hotel/resort experience
- Equivalent education skills and/or experience necessary to perform the essential functions may be considered

- Active WA Estheticians license
- Active Professional Liability Occurrence Coverage

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Physical Demands. The employee is regularly required to talk hear stand for extended periods walk sit climb stairs demonstrate hand dexterity reach stoop kneel bend twist push pull or crouch. Occasionally the employee may lift or move up to 30 pounds and push up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision. The role may also require sustained visual and mental concentration.
- Work Environment. Conditions are typical of a hotel spa environment with controlled settings little variation in temperature and low noise levels.
