You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe position requires someone with a solid foundation in U.S. corporate and partnership federal income tax issues and concepts. The candidate should have 3 to 4 years of public accounting or large company in-house corporate tax experience. The positions salary and title will be commensurate with the individuals experience.
1. Analyze financial statement information to identify book vs. tax adjustments.
2. Prepare federal and state corporate income tax workpapers.
3. Assist with the consolidation aspects of the Companys federal income tax return.
4. Assist with the preparation and review of S Corporation and partnership tax returns.
5. Prepare quarterly taxable income calculations for purposes of making estimated tax deposits.
6. Review international tax packages prepared by the Companys local country controllers.
7. Assist with budgeting and forecasting of key income tax metrics.
8. Assist with income tax audits.
9. Assist with the preparation of the companys tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109 and FIN 48).
10. Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives.
11. Assist with special projects.
12. Research tax issues and draft memorandum.
13. Seek out process improvements.

4. An outgoing personality.
Education:
B.S. or similar degree in Accounting; Masters in tax is a plus; C.P.A. is a plus.
