Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist youll handle inquiries via email and live chatno phone calls required. Youll play a crucial role in content moderation enforcing platform standards detecting fraudulent activity and ensuring our users receive top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries efficiently through email and live chat

  • Monitor and manage user-generated content maintaining adherence to platform guidelines

  • Detect investigate and address fraudulent behavior with accuracy

  • Keep thorough and well-organized records of all cases handled

  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve the customer experience

  • Use cutting-edge tools to provide clear accurate and helpful support

  • Meet individual performance metrics while contributing to broader team objectives

  • Liaise with both internal departments and external client teams to ensure alignment

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in moderation and support through ongoing training

  • Adapt quickly to evolving tools processes and project priorities

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
