Responsibilities

Develop and implement program strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage timelines budgets resources and dependencies across multiple IT projects.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Serve as the key contact for stakeholders providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to program success.

Allocate resources effectively and oversee project budgets.
-
Track program progress and report KPIs to leadership.

Facilitate smooth change management and adoption of new processes or technologies.

Continuously improve internal project management practices.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

5 years of professional experience in IT project or program management.

Proven success in leading distributed cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of Agile Scaled Agile Scrum Kanban or hybrid frameworks.

Strong communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
-
Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous hands-on experience in an engineering/technical role.
-
PMP certification.
-
Background in e-commerce environments.
-
Experience working with third-party vendors or service providers.
Work Conditions
Salary: 5500-6300 EUR gross
