Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account management - You support Microsoft 365 and take care of onboarding/offboarding and account management
- Installation & maintenance - you install configure and maintain hardware and software for our team
- User administration - you set up and maintain user accounts and workstations
- IT support - You fix IT problems and support your team in a pragmatic solution-oriented and friendly manner
- Security monitoring - You monitor our security-relevant infrastructure (e.g. Sophos firewalls and endpoint protection)
- Threat analysis - You analyze potential security threats assess risks and develop suitable protective measures
- Strategy & further development - you actively shape our IT strategy and contribute new ideas
YOUR PROFILE
- Training & studies - You have completed an IT apprenticeship or a degree in computer science
- Professional experience - You have relevant experience in system administration
- System know-how - You are very familiar with Windows Windows Server Microsoft 365 and common system administration
- Security expertise - you have in-depth knowledge in the areas of cyber security & compliance
- Technology skills - ideally you have experience with Sophos hardware
- Work style & service mentality - you work independently think in terms of solutions and have a strong service mentality
- Language skills - you have a very good command of German and English
