Join the CEO Office at QuantumDiamonds and help lay the foundation for a world-class deep-tech company. As a Working Student in Operations & Growth your mission is to streamline internal processes and support the ramp-up of our advanced manufacturing facility. You will work directly with our Founders Associate to turn strategy into scalable systems. This role is not about writing strategy decks its about hands-on execution: setting things up fixing whats broken and making processes work.

Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of TU Munich QD leverages quantum sensors to rapidly capture three-dimensional current maps within multi-layer chips. Our 30-strong team of physicists engineers and data scientists works side by side with major semiconductor manufacturers helping them in chip debugging and accelerating their yield analysis. Backed by top-tier deep tech investors semiconductor experts and strategic public programs we have ensured long-term stability shifting from breakthrough to scale - and shaping the next chapter in chip testing.

What will you do
- Support the CEO Office in launching our new advanced manufacturing facility
- Coordinatethesetup of our production site and office incl. cleanroom systems andcriticalinfrastructure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware software and finance teams to align timelines and priorities
- Solveunglamorous but essential tasksfrom ordering to assembling furniture to keep operations running
- Streamline internal operations by supporting IT asset tracking and process documentation
- Keep operational timelines on track and proactivelyidentifybottlenecks
What is expected of you
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors orMastersprogram in BusinessEngineering or a related field
- You are a high achiever who thrives in fast-paced environments
- You are collaborative humble and a problem-solverwhospassionate about having impact
- You enjoy taking ownership of hands-on operational tasks andarentafraid to solve practical challenges
- You are available for 1520 hours per week and can work from our Munich office
