Job Description
Job Summary
UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic Interventional Radiology team. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional with preferred minimum of 2 years of advanced practice experience. The role involves working closely with a physician in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures
- Conduct patient rounding providing comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients
- Manage and interpret diagnostic imaging results
- Participate in first-call coverage during work hours (Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Qualifications:
- Masters degree from accredited PA program or completion of a masters level advanced practice nurse program.
- Active APRN or PA license in State of IL and active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or a related field
- Strong procedural skills and experience in patient management
- Excellent communication and effective teamworking skills
