The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Mesa AZ
The Senior Industrial Security Specialist will work as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) that supports collateral programs within the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains and oversees activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure including security inquiries compliance assessments and implementation security controls
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives
- Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers and business partners
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
- Develops education for cleared population
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 years of experience with Industrial Security
- 3 years of experience with Industrial Security Facilities Security Personnel Security and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 5 years of experience with Industrial Security Facilities Security Personnel Security and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment
