You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for the comprehensive administrative activities of Family Wellness Fargo including human resources business management development and marketing. This includes the ongoing administration of cash management and control procedures membership and program financial records fiscal and long-range budgeting preparing financial statements and business analysis internal and external marketing and communications payroll HR process policy and fundraising activities. These responsibilities should be administered in accordance with the short and long-range organizational goals of Family Wellness LLC.
Manages financial forecasting and budgeting. Handles all financial reporting and analysis.
Manages the accrual-based financials with extreme accuracy of revenue reconciliation deferred revenues tracking and partners with each manager to assure understanding.
Supervises the work of the Accountant for daily deposits accounts receivable accounts payable and accounting for the payroll.
Works with the Executive Director and department managers to develop and implement budget.
Assures the security and integrity of finances and financial information of the members and the organization.
Oversees the administrative functions of Human Resources including compensation performance management policy departmental best practices and recognition.
Responsible for contributing to the organizational strategic growth plan via annual business audits evaluations and submission of multi-year business plans.
Responsible for preparing visual data for use in projections forecasting and organizational insights including annual operational surveys.
Provides business recommendations for organizational use of finances capital expenses and long-term strategy.
Provides guidance to Marketing & Communications on long-term marketing plans and external communication efforts including fundraising and grant writing activities.
Manages development and training opportunities for all staff including annual required trainings.
Works to provide transparency and education to staff on budget management fiscal responsibility and best practices with employee supervision.
Adopts the core responsibilities of all Family Wellness staff including the Family Wellness leaders
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management with a minimum of 5 years experience required. Masters in Finance Accounting Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. Knowledge of accounting principles practices and related laws and regulations is required. Knowledge of Human Resources policy and practices required. Knowledge of Marketing and Communications practices required. Knowledge of fundraising or grant writing procedures and reporting preferred. Must be able to prepare analyze and report financial information and be able to work with computerized accounting systems. Must also possess supervisory communication and leadership skills. Experience in the fitness club health care or wellness field preferred. Incumbent must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as being proficient in business accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Licensure/Certification Requirement(s):
HR Certification required.
Masters degree preferred.
