We are now looking for aFinance Business Partnerto join our team in Hamburg supporting both theLife Saving Medicines Unitand theEuropean Region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to business-critical initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across borders including teams in Spain and Italy.
This role offers a strong development path and a unique combination of local responsibility and regional collaboration. You will report directly to theSenior Director Finance Business Partnering Region Europe and work closely with commercial finance and global stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
In this dual-facing role you will:
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for theLife Saving Medicines Unit supporting key stakeholders in reaching financial and strategic objectives
- Lead and supportplanning cyclesincluding Budgeting Forecasting and Strategic Planning
- Conductfinancial analysis and reporting providing insightful commentary and performance reviews
- Ensure adherence tobudget controlsacross global and departmental levels
- Influence strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely withlocal and regional stakeholders understanding business needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Support theSenior Director FBP Europein regional finance initiatives including consolidated reporting performance tracking and special projects
- Initiate and executead-hoc analyseson both consolidated and country-specific levels
- Preparebusiness and investment casesin cooperation with Commercial teams
- Contribute tocross-functional projectsto optimize financial processes and decision-making
Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional who brings:
- ABachelors or Masters degreein Finance Economics or a related field
- At least2 years of experiencein Finance ideally in a role such as Business Controller or Finance Business Partner within an international company
- Strong skills inExcelThink-Cell andBusiness Intelligence tools
- Fluency inEnglish
- Excellentcommunication and presentationabilities
- Aself-driven structured and goal-orientedmindset
- Demonstratedcustomer orientationand a collaborative approach
- Well-developedanalytical skillsand the ability to interpret complex data
