Role Overview
You will take ownership of Lyrecos global innovation ecosystem and work closely with the Head of Innovation to shape strategy track progress and maintain alignment across all initiatives. You will foster an inclusive community of Innovation Ambassadors in over 25 countries oversee our innovation platform and lead the Lyreco Pioneers programme from initial idea through to market test. At Lyreco nothing is out of scope: the innovation team will support any well-founded initiative and never turn down a request for help.
YOUR MISSIONS :
Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Head of Innovation on the global roadmap resource allocation and governance; prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Committee.
Community Engagement: Onboard mentor and empower Innovation Ambassadors; host regular peer-review forums to share successes troubleshoot challenges and disseminate best practice.
Platform Management: Ensure every country logs and updates its projects accurately on the innovation platform; enforce stage-gate criteria naming conventions and performance metrics to keep the pipeline transparent and reliable.
Pioneers Programme Leadership: Design and run the end-to-end Pioneers journeyideation workshops sprint coaching MVP prototyping and market trialssecuring expert input and budget for each cohort; track outcomes and refine the curriculum.
Workshop Facilitation: Deliver immersive design-thinking and lean-startup sessions both virtually and in person; guide teams to reframe problems test assumptions with customers and pivot when required.
Stakeholder Reporting: Maintain up-to-date dashboards on project status resource use and milestone delivery; produce quarterly innovation reviews that highlight lessons learned and forward recommendations.
YOUR PROFILE :
At least five years experience supporting entrepreneurial teams in a corporate setting preferably within an internal accelerator or incubator.
Hands-on proficiency with design-thinking tools (Empathy Mapping Value Proposition Canvas) and lean-startup methods (rapid prototyping customer-validation).
Demonstrable track record of managing complex programme portfolios balancing hands-on coaching with rigorous stage-gate oversight.
Excellent facilitation skills able to engage participants from junior contributors to senior executives and foster an open collaborative atmosphere.
Strong analytical ability to define and monitor innovation KPIs; clear concise communicator in written and spoken English (full professional fluency required).
