About the role
NSW Public Works (NSW PW) is seeking an experienced environmental professional to prepare and manage the delivery of environmental impact assessments for a variety of public infrastructure projects within NSW. The role will be responsible for preparing and/or contributing to the preparation of Review of Environmental Factors Statement of Environmental Effects and Environmental Impact Statements to meet our clients needs within agreed timeframes and budget.
In this role you will be an important part of a team which provides environmental impact assessment services and land use planning pathway advice to support a broad range of public infrastructure projects within NSW including water and sewer infrastructure projects road and bridge upgrades emergency services facilities educational facilities correctional centres and more. The team must remain responsive to our clients needs by delivering projects that meet agreed quality levels timeframes and budgetary constraints.

About You
You will have proven experience in the preparation of environmental assessments including management of consultants in specialist fields. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships both within and outside NSW PW have capacity to acquire knowledge of clients and their portfolios and exhibit strong stakeholder management skills while contributing to the technical and financial performance of the team.
