• Performs quarterly hardware/capex coordination with internal business units

• Manages the day to day vendor/partner relationships and initiates purchasing in coordination with internal procurement and accounts payable teams

• Works with the global data center operations teams on asset ordering tracking and procurement of spares and services

• Performs capacity and intake planning functions for global data center co location sites and prepares the forecasting model on a quarterly basis

• Assists in contract and renewal tracking for software hardware and data center co location space in conjunction with internal stakeholders

• Performs budget assembly tracking and reporting and coordinates with the assigned financial planning and accounting representative

• Responsible for project management and tracking various cross-team initiatives

• This role will report to the Director of Data Center Operations and support Data Center Network and Core/Platform Operations Teams
