The Role:

Are you a strategic operational leader who can connect the dots between financial health process excellence and team performance Do you thrive on transforming a high-level business strategy into the day-to-day operational reality of a dynamic agency As our Vice President of Operations you will be the central force ensuring Envisionit operates with maximum efficiency effectiveness and a clear eye toward future growth.

Your world will revolve around optimizing our performance from the inside out. You will own our key metricsincluding delivery marginand personally influence them through your guidance on staffing project efficiency and the commercial viability of our services. By diving deep into our data you will uncover performance trends and collaborate with leadership to continuously improve profitability and team performance. This is a critical executive role for an operator who is ready to make a tangible impact on our people our processes and our profitability.

What Youll Do:

• Drive Agency Profitability: In partnership with Finance and Account leadership you will own the operational levers that determine our delivery margin across our Media Creative and Tech services ensuring we meet and exceed our financial targets.

• Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams: Provide strategic vision and coaching to the Operations HR and Delivery leadership. You will champion a culture of accountability continuous feedback and career development ensuring every team member has the clarity capacity and desire to excel.

• Master Resource & Capacity Planning: You are accountable for our agencys master capacity plan. Your foresight will ensure we have the right talent on the right projects at the right time optimizing utilization and managing both internal and freelance resources effectively.

• Champion Delivery Excellence: Own our promise to clients. You will be accountable for the on-time on-budget delivery of all work ensuring strict adherence to our processes and the highest standards of quality.

• Build the Engine for Scalability: Through direct oversight of our Project Management and Operations teams you will continuously refine document and optimize our core processes and workflows for maximum efficiency predictability and team effectiveness.

• 10 years leading operations within a digital marketing agency professional services or tech environment.

• A deep understanding of agency business models with the ability to translate high-level goals into tactical operational reality.

• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage P&L improve gross margin and drive billable utilization.

• A data-driven mindset; you are adept at analyzing performance metrics identifying insights and presenting clear actionable strategies to leadership.

• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of coaching mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

• Expertise in capacity planning resource management and process optimization for a multi-service environment.

• Fluency in EOS / Traction practices (L10s Rocks Scorecards).

• Comfort toggling between C-suite strategy and day-to-day operational details.

The salary range for this position is $150000 - 200000 USD with a performance-based bonus tied to agency margin. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience education skill set and performance in the interview process.
