Job Description
Position Purpose
Shake Smart is a growing nutrition and fitness brand with an entrepreneurial drive. We prefer those who share a passion for these values!Your job is to manage and oversee all aspects of the operations for your location(s) along with relay any necessary information to upper managementFurther details on position description can be provided upon request. General responsibilities include but are not limited to the items below:
- Overseeing 30-50 Team Members including Shift Supervisors and Assistant General Manager
- Conduct bi-annual mentoring with each employee
- Oversee schedule and projected staffing
- Communicate with customers beyond what normal staff members are expected to
- Build and maintain relationships with partners of location(s) you oversee
- Find operational inefficiencies and issues within the Shake Smart location(s)
- Conduct monthly Facilities and Maintenance Report
- Execute weekly bi-weekly and monthly sales and labor reporting
- Weekly reconciliation of POS and payment processors
- Complete bi-weekly payroll reporting
- Conduct interviews and execute hiring process
- Coordinate training schedules and complete training for incoming team members
- Work with Inventory Director for reporting ordering and ongoing oversight of inventory quantities
- Coordinate and execute any marketing events or catering events for your location(s)
- Send a weekly report to the President and VP of Operations outlining all the issues upcoming events finances etc. for the week
- Report directly to the VP of Operations and VP of Personnel
