Applicable Department of Elementary and Secondary Education licensure requiredMasters preferredStrong background teaching elementary age studentsKnowledge of curriculum and a range of programs for instructing students in basic technologyStrong organizational and communication skillsWillingness to collaborate on integrated projects with other specialist teachersFamiliarity with Massachusetts Digital Literacy and Computer Science standardsFamiliarity with common educational platforms and digital learning toolsUnderstanding of digital citizenship and responsible technology useExperience integrating technology into elementary curriculumAbility to teach basic computer literacy digital citizenship Internet safety keyboarding coding and use of productivity toolsCommitment to staying current on educational technology trends and tools
