Now hiring a Registered Nurse to join us as Clinical Manager at Care IV Home Health in Fayetteville Arkansas. Our Clinical Manager will oversee branch operations for our Hot Springs Arkansas territory. We are a skilled medical home health agency offering nursing CNA and therapy services (PT OT & ST) to patients in the comfort of their homes. RN Clinical Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing clinical operations for our Hot Springs branch location
- Predictive staffing to anticipate talent needs for growth
- Branch budgeting preparation
- Participating in activities to increase star ratings and promote overall branch growth
- Increase patient census and profitability while maintaining excellent quality of care
- Manage day-to-day activities
- Other duties as assigned
RN Clinical Manager Required experience:
- We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Home Health and OASIS knowledge & experience required
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully run branch operations
- Current OASIS Certification a plus
