Position Objective: The Team Support associate contributes to the overall goal of providing world-class administrative service by supporting the Billing Department. Essential Functions: - Communicate directly with Billing team members in a professional yet friendly manner.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Promptly answer calls and respond to emails
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications - High School diploma required Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Two or more years in a Data Entry Position
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite
- General knowledge of accounting preferred
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to move from project to project easily
- Above average skills in email and phone etiquette
