Job Description

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive on our Down Market team you will drive sales growth by promoting our innovative SaaS solutions tailored for small and mid-sized public sector organizations. Your primary focus will be on helping government entities non-profits and educational institutions streamline their operations and enhance efficiencies through our technology.

Youll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base managing the entire sales cycle and building meaningful relationships with prospective customers. If youre a consultative sales professional with a knack for understanding customer needs and closing deals this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company.


Responsibilities


  • Drive Results: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets with a strong focus on closing new business.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel through proactive prospecting including cold-calling email outreach and identifying RFP opportunities.
  • Customer Understanding: Develop deep insights into prospective customers challenges tailoring your approach to their specific needs. Serve as a problem solver for the customer. Recognize and handle predictable concerns that arise as conversation moves closer to decision.
  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate the value of our solutions to prospective clients ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Professional Interactions: Foster positive relationships with key decision-makers responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and leads. Attend relevant conferences trade shows and networking events.
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Eunas products and services.
  • Pricing and Negotiation: Collaborate with Sales Directors to prepare quotes and manage negotiation strategies to finalize mutually beneficial agreements.
  • CRM Management: Record and update all activities in the CRM to maintain an organized and transparent sales process.
  • Time Management: Efficiently plan your schedule to maximize client engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Feedback Sharing: Provide client insights to product and service teams to inform enhancements and strategies.


Qualifications


  • Experience: 1-2 years in a business development or sales role with a proven track record of success owning a designated territory.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
  • SaaS Sales: Experience selling software solutions is highly desirable.
  • GovTech Expertise: Knowledge of and experience selling to local governments municipalities or public sector entities is a strong asset.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders from analysts to C-level executives.


Key Working Relationships

  • Collaborate with Project Managers Professional Services and Developers to create implementation and integration plans tailored to customer needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to share customer feedback driving product innovation and servicing improvements.


Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta GA office. Occasional travel may be required.
