This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule which includes the ability to work from home while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis Missouri.
As a Senior Software Analyst on the Cloud Data Engineering Revenue Mgmt team you will be responsible for evaluating business requests to determine feasibility identifying options and recommending solutions for software development or enhancements. You will assist with interpreting customer requirements into conceptual and logical design specifications. You will play a role in shaping product design by gathering interpreting reviewing validating documenting and maintaining business and functional requirements across our data environment to support product development. This will also include using SQL queries to perform gap/risk analysis and functional testing to support our products. You will be responsible for contributing to meeting facilitation collaborating conflict resolution and working towards the teams desired results. At times you will provide support and troubleshoot the teams applications and products.
You will assist with developing interfaces and prototypes recommending changes to meet requirements and researching and documenting application/services issues. You will be able to provide instruction and guidance to Data Engineering team members on new tasks and assignments.
In this role you will be asked to research and present information in response to questions related to business standards. You may participate in testing identifying potential problems and researching opportunities to minimize complexity. You will actively investigate interpret collaborate understand and document the application/service functionality from the business perspective. It is imperative that you acknowledge and interpret the business goals objectives report improvements through system enhancements process improvements and issue resolution.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate strong personal ownership and accountability relationship management team building organization prioritization problem-solving change management solid written and oral communication.
