Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Requirements:
- BSN required
- Minimum of 1 year of Hospice care required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Hospice Administrator the RN Clinical Supervisor has direct oversight of the Hospice Care department.
The primary function of this position is to build and maintain a complete and compliant hospice program.
The RN Clinical Supervisor will have daily oversight of staffing patient scheduling and will assist the Administrator in related administrative duties.
The RN Clinical Supervisor must possess working knowledge of factors impacting hospice services including industry trends reimbursement standards of care and regulatory requirements.
