Job Description
The team has the responsibility for the relationship with listed companies in the area of corporate and price sensitive information interacting with listed issuers advisors and supervisory authorities. The team is also responsible for monitoring compliance by listed companies with the Exchange Rules managing where necessary the relevant institutional proceedings (e.g. suspension/delisting/enforcement proceedings).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring price sensitive information disseminated by companies listed on Euronext Equity Italian Markets.
- Preparing and publishing Borsa Italiana Announcements including the relevant technical provisions
- Populating Borsa Italiana database in relation to corporate events and dividend payment
- Check on Euronext Growth Milan listed companies obligations
- Check on Specialist obligations
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Economic and Business/Law
- Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis company and financial law and markets and financial instruments
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite of products
- Good knowledge of English
- Good ability to work in team and excellent autonomy in performing the assigned tasks
- Excellent level of precision and attention to details and excellent time management skills
- Good relationship skills
