The Role
You wont find a lot of corporate jargon here. Were looking for someone who knows the art of selling but can do it in a way that feels neighborly creative and natural. Someone who doesnt mind trading a suit for well-worn sneakers but who understands what it takes to drive results.
As Director of Sales (or Sales Manager depending on experience) youll be the face and the energy behind our sales effort. Youll connect with local businesses creative agencies surf and music communities event planners and cultural connectors to build relationships that drive bookings - both individual and group.
Youll work closely with the GM and small leadership team to shape our positioning open new markets and keep the lodge buzzing - always in rhythm with our brand and our guests.

This is a full-time salaried position based in Virginia Beach. Some weekends evenings and offsite work required - because sales isnt 9 to 5 and neither is great hospitality.
