Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the face of our company providing exceptional support and service to our valued customers. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide detailed product information and assist customers with order placement and management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing situations.
