As an Engineering Process Engineer you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing project management processes and tools that support Portfolio Project and Resource Management (PPRM).
Your work will enhance operational efficiency improve data quality and ensure alignment with the corporate process landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization
- Develop and implement standardized project management processes aligned with organizational requirements with a focus onPortfolio Project and Resource Planning (PPRM).
- Ensure alignment and synchronization of project management activities with thecorporate process landscape.
Tool Configuration & Stakeholder Alignment
- Define and specify customized requirements forPlanisware Enterprisefunctionalities and dashboards to meet diverse stakeholder needs.
- Support the administration of all engineering-relevant modules within the PPRM tool.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tool configurations align with evolving business and process requirements.
Project Support & Data Quality
- Support engineering projects by improving the quality and consistency of project schedules includingresource planningdata.
- Promote best practices for data entry and maintenance to ensure reliable project and portfolio insights.
Reporting & Automation
- Create standardized and automated engineering reports using tools such asPlanisware (PLW)andPower BI.
- Streamline reporting processes to reduce manual effort and enhance data transparency and decision-making.
Training & Capability Building
- Train new employees in the use of project management processes methods and tools.
- Identify structure and deploy training programs to build internal project management capabilities.
