Role Overview:As a Product Manager (Senior Associate) within the Digital Team at JP Morgan Private Bank you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of digital products that enhance our clients experience and optimize internal processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including technology design marketing and operations teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Monitor product performance and client feedback using data-driven insights to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
- Communicate product vision strategy and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
