We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Hydronics division within the Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment. You would support our Adriatic and Black Sea countries European organization with a primary focus on Bulgaria Croatia. Romania Serbia Slovenia. If you are passionate about marketing communications have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams cross border you could be our new colleague
Start: position open from August 1st.
Location: Bucharest Romania or Zagreb Croatia.
Seniority: 1-2 years of experience
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following
- In collaboration with sales and technical support organize training sessions and webinars for partners direct and indirect customers
- Collaborate with local agencies to support the companies participation in trade fairs exhibitions and other industry events to promote our brand and products.
- In collaboration with sales and technical support organize training sessions and webinars for partners direct and indirect customers
- Collaborate closely with the sales teams to develop and implement local sales and promotional campaigns that align with our partners collaboration plans.
- Use internal generative tools to develop engaging content and materials to promote the sales promotions and company events and training sessions.
- Regularly update the company website to ensure it reflects current campaigns product information and other relevant content.
- Coordinate communication on specific communication channels targeting indirect and direct customers.
- Support the definition and implementation of marketing plans aligned with Danfoss Hydronics strategies in coordination with the Marcom Head for the South East Region.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Degree in Marketing Communication Public Relations or related fields.
- Previous experience working in marketing preferably in B2B can be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a practical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint Excel)
- Basic skills in design tools (InDesign Canvas).
- Experience in organizing events.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Romanian/Croatian is an advantage.
