Euronext Corporate Solutions is at the core of Euronexts strategic plan Innovate for Growth 2027. It has delivered 50m of revenue in 2024 has been growing double digit CAGR since 2020 being one of the most important growth engine of the Group. With the acquisition of Admincontrol expected to close in 2nd quarter of 2025 it will almost double in size with expected revenues of 100m in 2025 and continued double digit growth expectations in the coming years.

Euronext Corporate Solutions already serves more than 5000 clients including over 1500 listed companies private companies advisors and public organisations. Clients are located across all Euronext markets (Belgium France Italy Ireland Netherlands Norway Portugal) and beyond (UK Germany Sweden Denmark Finland). The team is composed of 200 professionals across Europe. With the acquisition of Admincontrol it will grow to over 350 professionals.

Our advanced video technology allows to easily broadcast meetings from webinars to townhalls. iBabs has over 200000 users primarily in the Netherlands and more than 2800 customers across the world.

* Compliance solutions: InsiderLog Product helps companies simplify their EU regulatory duties speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors ensuring compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). We also offer whistleblowing solution with IntegrityLog.

* Investor relations and communication solutions: we help our clients to increase their visibility engagement and international coverage with shareholders and investors with leading digital communications and streaming solutions. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies. Our tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams. Our advisory team provides market intelligence and decision-making analytics for listed companies.

Euronext Corporate Solutions is a fully integrated division of Euronext including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue Growth Marketing Product Technology Operations Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth.

Job Profile

As Growth Marketing Senior Manager Investor Relations & Communication you will lead high-impact lead generation and strategic marketing efforts. Your mission is to attract nurture and convert prospects by developing data-driven campaigns optimising digital channels and creating compelling engagement strategies tailored to Investor Relations professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted growth marketing strategies focusing on lead generation for Investor Relations and Communication solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn Ads Bing Ads Google Ads SEO and paid media strategies.

  • Own lead generation funnel optimisation leveraging CRM tools (HubSpot) automation and analytics to enhance lead conversion.

  • Create and distribute high-value content including whitepapers market insights case studiesto establish thought leadership and drive demand.

  • Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives aligning closely with sales teams to ensure targeted outreach.

  • Strategically plan and execute corporate events investor roadshows and webinars maximising audience engagement and brand exposure.

  • Lead website enhancements and IR digital experiences ensuring seamless navigation and impactful messaging.

  • Collaborate with Chief Revenue Officers Communications Business Development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with corporate growth objectives.

  • Analyse performance metrics and continuously refine marketing strategies based on insights and data-driven optimisation using HubSpot dashboards.

Knowledge skills and experience required

  • Masters degree in Marketing Finance Business or Communication (Bac 5).

  • Minimum 5 years experience in growth marketing lead generation and digital strategy within Investor Relations Financial Services or SaaS industries.

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Fluent in English and French (additional languages a plus).

  • Proven track record in demand generation pipeline acceleration and conversion optimisation.

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IR audiences and capital markets.

  • Excellent communication skills with a storytelling approach to content creation and engagement.

  • Project management experience ability to oversee multiple campaigns budgets and stakeholder interactions.
