Job Description
Job Titles:
- Senior Analyst Finance & Accounting (R2R)
- Location: Orlando Florida USA
Position Overview
These roles will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of F&A activities including Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Record to Report (R2R) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) across multiple locations. Candidates with experience in the Entertainment Tourism Hospitality or Financial Services industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review scheduled reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Analyze financial data identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Support implementation and monitoring of new processes/systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and cross-functional departments to align deliverables
- Communicate clearly and effectively with relevant teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in the finance and accounting domain
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency with financial systems and software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Entertainment Tourism Hospitality or Financial Services industries is highly desirable
