Whats the role
As a Service Operations Manager at Westpac Group Technology youll lead service delivery across the HOGAN platforms and other evolving technologies. This permanent full-time rolebased in Adelaide or Sydneyplaces you at the forefront of ensuring application performance stability and innovation in a dynamic tech environment.
Youll drive governance risk management and compliance with Westpacs IT Key Control Framework while collaborating with diverse teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service. Your ability to adapt to changing business needs and emerging technologies will be key to supporting inclusive future-ready banking solutions.
