The Front Office Manager Would oversee daily operations of all front of house operations including but not limited to: Front Desk / Concierge / Bell Staff / Drivers / Night Audit / Activities. They will ensure guest requests are fulfilled and they have an unforgettable experience. In addition this position would be directly responsible for Owner Reservations such as Planned and Space Available reservations and ongoing owner reservation requests.
- Managing all front of house operations
- Management of front of house staff
- Assist with administrative functions
- Ensure FD daily tasks are being completed.
- Ensure data is being input properly by the concierge team.
- Review reservations a week out go through room blocking 2-3 weeks
- Read all shift reports and timely follow up on guest issues and requests
- Track reservations pick up.
- Hold a front desk meeting regularly
- Office and guest supply inventory and ordering
- Concierge/Night Audit time edits. Work each week in Ultipro to make sure Concierge/Night Audit time punches are correct. Complete payroll every other week.
