A growing infrastructure solutions company is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to expand its client base by targeting commercial and residential property owners. This role is ideal for someone motivated personable and results-driven who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.
Responsibilities Include:
Identify and approach landlords property managers and developers in target regions
Travel regularly to Central Jersey Monsey and Long Island to meet clients in person
Present tailored infrastructure solutions to property owners across strip malls office buildings and multifamily developments
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
Maintain CRM records and follow up on all client interactions
Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside or field sales
Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a travel-based schedule
Familiarity with real estate property management or infrastructure solutions is a plus
Valid drivers license and ability to travel regularly
