The Install Coordinator is the internal point of contact for coordination of complex and large scale fitness equipment installation activities for all Precor commercial customers in North America. This role keeps jobs moving towards a determined completion date. When scheduling events with customers internal and external the Install Coordinator clearly communicates all relevant timelines technical and process-oriented information and adjusts expectations if necessary.
In this role main responsibilities include populating & maintaining installation schedules for Sales Representatives installation partners and inspection teams. The employee plans organizes coordinates and facilitates equipment installation in accordance with customers needs to exceed expectations and schedules while maintaining communication with Sales Credit Shipping departments and customers. The Install Coordinator also coordinates and monitors installation timelines reviews and analyzes project completion information sets expectations with third party providers and follows up on inquiries and complaints and ensures installation partners are reimbursed for work performed.
Other daily duties include; preparing reports answering phones database entry operating all office equipment and assisting in special projects. This position involves a high degree of organizational skill and thorough technical product knowledge.

Pay Range: $22.00 to $27.00
The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
