Job Description

About the Role

The Install Coordinator is the internal point of contact for coordination of complex and large scale fitness equipment installation activities for all Precor commercial customers in North America. This role keeps jobs moving towards a determined completion date. When scheduling events with customers internal and external the Install Coordinator clearly communicates all relevant timelines technical and process-oriented information and adjusts expectations if necessary.

In this role main responsibilities include populating & maintaining installation schedules for Sales Representatives installation partners and inspection teams. The employee plans organizes coordinates and facilitates equipment installation in accordance with customers needs to exceed expectations and schedules while maintaining communication with Sales Credit Shipping departments and customers. The Install Coordinator also coordinates and monitors installation timelines reviews and analyzes project completion information sets expectations with third party providers and follows up on inquiries and complaints and ensures installation partners are reimbursed for work performed.

Other daily duties include; preparing reports answering phones database entry operating all office equipment and assisting in special projects. This position involves a high degree of organizational skill and thorough technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fitness equipment installation to ensure project completion in accordance with customer and Precor agreed-to timelines.
  • Participate in team meetings & support process changes with relevant data.
  • Collect installation information and analyze data to ensure proactive approach to potential field issues.
  • Consult with management to analyze processes and implementation plans and make improvement recommendations.
  • Utilize proactive follow up to ensure people do what they are responsible for so that the install is completed successfully.
  • Communicates effectively to all audiences.
  • Process billable installation invoices.
  • Collect and manage installation paperwork.
  • Build establish and maintain excellent rapport with sales representatives dealers and service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with pre-installation technical requirements to prepare for a proper and complete install on the scheduled date.
  • Act as the main POC defining a success plan with deliverables and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Interface with other departments to assure proper order process.
  • Reconcile sales orders with site technical requirements to ensure the correct product is shipped to meet customers performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or scheduling experience including answering customer calls while presenting a professional and congenial phone manner (i.e.: tone vocabulary etc.).
  • Experience with a variety of computer programs at an advanced level (Word Excel Outlook SAP).
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability to recognize part numbers and understand product descriptions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls email and work load on a consistent basis.
  • High degree of organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of project management experience.
  • Experience in Field Service Operations

Pay Range: $22.00 to $27.00

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
