Cornell University welcomes candidates for the position of Gift Revenue Coordinator in our Alumni Affairs and Development division based in Ithaca NY. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the universitys advancement efforts.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director of Gift Administration the Gifts Revenue Coordinator will track reconcile and coordinate the intake of all charitable gifts received within Advancement Services and AA&D.
Key Responsibilities
AA&D receives a high volume of gifts in various forms including cash checks credit cards wire transfers and stock gifts. This role will serve as the central point person for all University gift funds maintaining and upholding internal control best practices CASE guidelines IRS guidelines and PCI compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
Associates degree and 2 4 years of experience or equivalent combination
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to perform work with a high level of accuracy within a high volume mission critical environment
Strong technology acumen
Customer service oriented
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach and demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent responsibilities
Strong professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Work Location
This position is onsite 5 days per week.
