Position Overview
As a CustomerDelivery Manager will be responsible for managing all services delivered to a customer/s and leading the client relationship to the users of these will be fully accountable forcommercial/contractual arrangementsdelivery performance customer satisfaction client revenue and seeking incremental service business with the account.
This is a temporary role with the potential for extension subject to business needs.
Responsibilities- Responsible for Customer Delivery Management in small to medium-sized accounts.
- May support more senior Customer Delivery Managers with the management of large accounts.
- Develops customer relationships as a trusted advisor providing business and product expertise and exceptional customer support.
- Informs customers of various DN services features and optimizations.
- Solicits customer feedback and works internally with delivery teams to ensure understanding of customer needs and priorities.
- Identifies areas for improvement with internal teams to ensure customers receive committed service levels and avoid penalties.
- Proactively meets with customers to review DNs actual versus anticipated service levels.
- Addresses issues and ensures go-forward compliance with agreed-upon standards and expectations.
- Develops ongoing business relationships with key customer technical and managerial stakeholders.
- Monitors financial performance and identifies opportunities to improve profitability for DN.
Qualifications- Ideally 2years experience in customer facing roles within an operations environment
- Experience managing complex Service Contracts and ability to understand legal agreements
- Commercial acumen management of Profit & Loss Accounts and Cost Centres
- Customer centric approach
- Banking or Retail Operations background
- Understanding of Banking / Retail products and services e.g. Bank Self Service Devices and Retail Beetle / Self-Checkout Devices (relevant to whether role will be Banking or Retail focused)
- Ability to work remotely whilst working within a Matrix Management Structure
- Strong Team Player
- Good analytical skillset with an ability to interrogate data that will drive Service and Financial performance improvementen).
