Job Description
We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our team. Our teams are collaborative vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Source passive and active talent by leveraging a variety of platforms
- Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role
- Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2 years of talent acquisition experience either in-house or agency
- Proven experience in recruiting sales staff will be an advantage
- University Degree
- Strong communication skills in English
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to excel in a fast high performing global company
