Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Design develop and deploy resilient and scalable Java services supporting web and mobile applications
Work with other engineers on the team to adopt best practices and improve the quality of our solutions
Collaborate with Data Scientists Product Managers and Product Designers to build new
product features
Adopt a data first mindset producing high quality data about user interactions and leveraging experimentation to measure the impact of new features
Develop individually to continue to grow your impact and help mentor peers
Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
You have 5 years of working experience as a Backend Engineer working with Java.
Additional tools and technologies such as gRPC GCP BigQuery and Bigtable are a plus.
You have experience in implementing and scaling cloud-native software components on providers such as GCP AWS etc.
You have experience working directly with stakeholders to understand document and develop APIs and systems to meet their requirements.
You have written distributed high-volume services and know how to deploy and keep them running in production.
You have a growth mindset are curious and not afraid to be experimental. You share your ideas and continuously improve yourself and the team around you.
Experience with Conversion or User Retention is a plus
