Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect for Siemens Opcenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Siemens Opcenter Core/Backend MES domain expertise and preferred experience with Teamcenter PLM. This role requires expertise in stakeholder and program management process and functional expertise in MES strategy development roadmaps planning and leading teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design and implement Siemens Opcenter solutions with a focus on Core/Backend functionalities.

Provide expertise in the MES domain ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

Utilize Teamcenter PLM experience to enhance integration and functionality (preferred).

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project roadmaps ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams ensuring successful project execution.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project progress identifying and mitigating risks.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Siemens Opcenter MES and related technologies.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Siemens Opcenter with a focus on Core/Backend functionalities.

Strong expertise in the MES domain and related processes.

Experience with Teamcenter PLM is preferred.

Excellent stakeholder and program management skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps.

Experience in leading and managing teams and vendors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in a related field.

Certifications in Siemens Opcenter or related areas.

Experience in large-scale MES implementations.

Experience with Teamcenter PLM is preferred.
