Job Description
- Location: Grapevine TX 76051
- Shift: 12 HR Nights 05:00 PM 05:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Perform thorough clinical assessments and prioritize patient/family needs.
- Develop implement and regularly evaluate individualized care plans.
- Adjust nursing interventions based on patient response and outcomes.
- Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families managing discomfort and maintaining professionalism.
- Educate patients families and communities to promote health literacy and informed healthcare decisions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver holistic care.
- Delegate and oversee nursing tasks effectively.
- Recognize limitations and ensure safe efficient and ethical nursing practices.
- Engage in teamwork support peers and contribute to professional development and community involvement.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (Medical-Surgical).
- In-depth knowledge of nursing standards procedures and state laws.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and collaborate across disciplines.
- Proficient with computers and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Familiarity with common medications and their effects.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
