We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. The role involves managing schedules communication errands and assisting in organizing both professional and personal affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules appointments and communications.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
Draft and respond to emails and correspondence.
Track tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite or similar tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
