Job Description
RN/Float Pool Permanent Role
- Location: Dallas TX 75246
- Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a variety of patient populations across multiple units
- Float between units as needed based on hospital staffing demands
- Assess patient conditions administer medications monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
- Educate patients and families on care plans procedures and health maintenance.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- License/Certification:
- RN-Registered Nurse (Texas RN license)
- BLS-Basic Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Experience:
- 1 years of experience as an RN in the U.S.
- 2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience in an acute care inpatient hospital setting.
- Float Pool experience.
