Tasks

What Youll Own

Field Marketing & Events

  • Shape the events calendar and strategy alongside the Marketing Director
  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows customer events webinars and partner activations
  • Activate sponsorships partner opportunities or co-marketing events with complementary brands
  • Treat each event as a campaign coordinating the pre-event buzz the on-the-day experience and follow-up strategy
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure clear lead capture and post-event conversion - Drive marketing-qualified leads from field activities and ensure proper handover to sales

Social Media & Content Activation

  • Own our social media strategy and execution especially on LinkedIn
  • Build a consistent brand presence through thoughtful engaging and relevant content
  • Collaborate with freelance creatives and internal stakeholders to keep messaging sharp and on-brand
  • Optimise posts and tactics using analytics to grow reach and engagement

Campaign Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Help activate the wider marketing strategy through event-led and digital campaigns
  • Set up and iterate lead management processes with sales and ops
  • Track event ROI lead conversion attendee engagement and campaign performance. Analyse and report performance with clear recommendations for improvement
  • Gather insights from customers and prospects during field activities to inform broader marketing strategy. Use data to refine future event and activation plans

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 35 years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B and startup environments)
  • Strong track record of delivering events and activations that drive measurable results
  • Confidence in owning social channels and growing brand awareness
  • A self-starter mindset. You know how to get things done and bring others with you
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Google and Microsoft tools; flexibility to shape your own marketing stack
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or German (native-level in at least one; German is considered a big plus)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for events and occasional team meetings

What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months)

  • A clear well-delivered events roadmap with measurable impact
  • A scalable process for lead capture and follow-up post-events
  • Social media growth especially on LinkedIn with strong engagement from our target markets
  • Use of data and insight to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Proactive contributions across the wider marketing function
