Are you passionate about strategy consulting business transformation and driving impactful change We are looking for Consultants / Senior Consultants / Managers to join our Strategy Consulting (Transformation Customer & Operations) team!
Role Overview:
In this role you will work on high-impact projects helping clients transform their business and operating models through digital innovation process optimization and strategic transformation. You ll collaborate with senior stakeholders develop industry-leading solutions and drive measurable outcomes in the Financial Services (BFSI) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research & industry analysis to develop high-demand solutions.
Lead business transformation initiatives for financial services clients.
Develop data-driven insights & strategies for operational excellence.
Support implementation by working closely with technology finance and business teams.
Contribute to thought leadership white papers and best practice reports.
Who Should Apply
3-8 years of experience in strategy consulting business transformation or operations consulting.
Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in the BFSI sector is a must.
