Job Description: Job Title: Branch Manager Home Loans - Bangalore
Job Responsibility
Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing credit checks and disbursals
* Leading a team of RMs and CSMs
* Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders DSAs and Connectors
* Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks
* Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction
* Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
Key Skills: Key Skills: Good Communication skills
Mandatory: Looking for only HL/Lap experience
